July Clear Creek Task Force Meeting
July 6, 2023 , 9:30 am – 11:00 pm
During the next several months, Great Peninsula Conservancy will be assisting the Clear Creek Task Force (CCTF) in recruiting more volunteers and forming a new leadership team. All are welcome to join this upcoming meeting to start the process; no RSVP required.
The Task Force meets the first Thursday of the month at 9:30am at the Clear Creek Sa’qad Interpretive Center.
The best public parking is at Old Mill Park. Cross NW Bucklin Hill Road at the bridge over Clear Creek and continue West to the trail. The interpretive center is North of Bucklin Hill Road on the west side of the creek.
The CCTF mission is to create and maintain a community-wide network to mobilize support, educate, and focus actions to preserve, protect, and restore the Clear Creek ecosystem. The Task Force is an alliance of Kitsap County citizens, businesses, and service organizations that operates as an independent program under Great Peninsula Conservancy.
Those interested in joining CCTF in a leadership role should contact Nate Daniel, Executive Director of Great Peninsula Conservancy; nate@greatpeninsula.org, (360) 373-3500.
