Work Party at Hahobas Shoreline Preserve

May 28, 2021, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

When: Friday, May 28th, 10am – 2pm

WhereHahobas Shoreline Preserve. Google Map coordinates to the parking area can be found here.

What: Join Great Peninsula Conservancy in taking action to clear trails at the Hahobas Shoreline Preserve! GPC’s stewardship team will work with volunteers to remove invasive scotch broom along the trails—this is a job for our volunteers who love to work hard and see the fruits of their labor! With your help, GPC can open up views of beautiful Hood Canal and clear the area for future GPC programming and public access!

Be sure to dress for the weather, wear close-toed shoes, and bring a mask, water bottle, and lunch. GPC will bring the rest!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GPC is exercising caution in regard to our volunteer and outreach events and are capping the number of volunteers at our stewardship days.

If you plan joining with anyone else from your household, including children, please complete the sign-up form for EACH individual. We are excited to have you join us!
