txʷaalqəł Conservation Area Un-Ground Breaking Ceremony

Join us on Saturday, November 23rd at 12:00pm to celebrate the preservation of the final piece of North Creek’s pristine streamside forest at the txʷaalqəł Conservation Area! Thanks to an inspiring community-led effort, the final 11.5 acres of pristine streamside forest along North Creek have been permanently protected, creating a 50+ acre haven for salmon, wildlife, and future generations.
Gather with us at Donkey Creek Park to celebrate what’s possible when neighbors, nonprofits, and city leaders come together to protect the places we love.
