How to use this form
Independent Volunteers
Independent volunteers are responsible for submitting this form to track hours volunteered. Volunteer Land Stewards, neighbors, and others who volunteer without the presence of GPC staff can submit this form from the comfort of your home.
GPC Event Volunteers
GPC Staff will collect this form during GPC-led volunteer events. You do not need to submit this form separately.
